  • Azelaic Acid/Ketotifen/Oxymetazoline

Rosacea-associated redness and flushing are the target of this topical cream, which combines azelaic acid with ketotifen (a mast-cell stabilizer and antihistamine) and oxymetazoline (a vasoconstrictor). Azelaic acid's anti-inflammatory action is paired with agents that help calm mast-cell activity and temporarily narrow blood vessels.

Compounded medications are prepared by our pharmacy pursuant to a valid prescription for an individual patient. They are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality. Information on this page is provided for general education, is not medical advice, and is not a recommendation for any specific treatment.
