Connect Wellness operates a compounding pharmacy and an online shop for oral strips. Shipping rules differ between compounded prescriptions and shop orders. See each section below.
Shop

Orders with a merchandise subtotal under $200.00 include a flat shipping charge of $12.95 at checkout.
Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $200.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
Shipping is calculated from your cart subtotal before tax. The rate shown at checkout is what we charge for that order.
We ship to street addresses in the continental United States only: the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.
Most orders ship within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Transit time depends on your carrier and location; we do not guarantee a specific delivery date.
You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships, when an email address is provided at checkout.
The shipping rates above apply to both retail and approved wholesale accounts. Wholesale minimums or terms on product pricing do not change shipping charges.
Pharmacy
Compounded prescription medications prepared and dispensed by Connect Wellness. Ships only to licensed states listed below.
Prescription shipments are limited to the licensed states listed below. Your shipping address must be in one of these states, and must match the destination your prescriber and pharmacy have on file when required.
We do not ship compounded prescriptions to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations, even when we hold a license for a nearby state.
After your prescriber sends a prescription and our pharmacy team confirms payment and delivery details, most compounded orders ship within a few business days. Timing varies with formulation, inventory, and verification steps.
You will receive tracking or delivery confirmation when your prescription ships, using the contact information on your pharmacy account.
Some compounded medications require cold-chain or special handling. When that applies to your order, we will communicate packaging and storage expectations before shipment.
