These terms govern your use of connectwellness.health, our online shop, and our compounding pharmacy services. By using our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Connect Wellness operates connectwellness.health and a compounding pharmacy in Eagle, Idaho. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Connect Wellness.

Our online shop sells dissolvable oral strips and related products directly to consumers. These are not compounded prescriptions and do not require a prescription to purchase.
Compounded medications are prepared and dispensed by our pharmacy only pursuant to a valid prescription from a licensed prescriber, and are subject to applicable state and federal pharmacy law rather than the online checkout terms described here. If you have questions about a compounded prescription, contact the pharmacy using the information above.
You may create a free account to check out faster and view order history, or check out as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Provide accurate, current information when creating an account or placing an order. We may suspend or close an account if information provided is false or if we suspect fraud or misuse.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable sales tax or shipping, which are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to refuse or cancel an order, including after it has been submitted, if a product is unavailable, mispriced, or the order appears fraudulent.
Payment is processed through our payment processor, Wind River Financial / NMI. Card details are entered directly into the processor's payment form and are not stored on our servers.
Wholesale accounts are approval-gated and subject to the pricing, minimums, and terms disclosed during the wholesale application and approval process, in addition to these terms.

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfering with site operation or security, scraping or harvesting content without permission, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
Products sold through our online shop are for personal use by the purchaser and may not be resold without a wholesale agreement with us.
The website, including its text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Connect Wellness or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your prescriber or another qualified healthcare provider. Always consult your prescriber with questions about a medication or health condition.
Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient based on a prescriber's order and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness in the way manufactured, FDA-approved drugs are.
To the extent permitted by law, Connect Wellness is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or shop products, except where such liability cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for pharmacy dispensing errors, which are handled under applicable pharmacy law and our return policy.
We may update these terms when our practices, products, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
