From your provider’s prescription to your door
- Step 1
Visit your provider
Find out whether a compounded medication is right for you. If it is, let your provider know that Connect Wellness is your preferred compounding pharmacy.
- Step 2
Your provider sends us the prescription
By e-Rx, fax, or phone. We verify the order, ask any clarifying questions, and confirm the formulation with your provider when needed.
- Step 3
We compound it to your provider's formula
In our Idaho facility, often the same day. Sterile preparations are made in our USP 797 cleanroom and quality-checked before release.
- Step 4
We ship to your door
Across Idaho, Oregon, Utah. Refills are coordinated with your provider on the schedule they recommend.

Our cleanroom supports sterile compounded preparations, including injectables and sterile testosterone, alongside our non-sterile work. Many compounding pharmacies handle only non-sterile preparations.

Active ingredients come from FDA-registered facilities. Bases and inactives are chosen for tolerance and absorption, with allergen-free options on request.
